This little book is a treasure. No fancy pictures, no outrageous health claims, just good, sensible advice. The recipes are easy to make, delicious, and satisfying. I find that I can do a lot of switching around in this book -- many of the menus for breakfast and lunch also make great suppers. This is one of the best books I have ever used.
