Welcome to the Oldways Science & Media Clearinghouse

Linking Journalists with Scientific Experts on Food and Nutrition

Finding Common Ground — reaching consensus — on what constitutes healthy eating is just the first step in an ongoing partnership between top nutrition scientists and leading journalists who care about grounding their work in solid science.
Oldways’ new Science and Media Clearinghouse helps members of the media find just the right expert to interview, promoting the sharing of science-backed nutrition research, educating the public on what we actually know about healthy eating, and working towards improving public health.
Are you a journalist looking for a top scientist to interview on any of the following topics? Contact Kelly Toups (kelly@oldwayspt.org, 617-896-4884) and we’ll give you contact information for just the right expert. Thanks to our longtime relationships with many top specialists, they’ve volunteered to share their contact info with us — and with you — to help make nutrition reporting more accurate.
