Ingredients

1 cup Kalamata olives, halved

6 oz. Goat cheese crumbles

¼ cup Basil, chopped

2 tablespoons of roasted garlic cloves, chopped

1 lb. Mini sweet peppers, halved, seeded

Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler
  2. In a bowl, combine olives, goat cheese, basil and garlic
  3. Season mixture with salt and pepper and stuff inside peppers
  4. Arrange on baking sheet and broil for a few minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly
