1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
2 cans wild sardines, spines removed and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon capers
1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
¼ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili flakes, plus more for serving
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
