In a large casserole dish combine the shrimp, roasted tomatoes with marinade, parsley, and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and add the lemon juice.
Stir, sprinkle the feta cheese over the top, and continue roasting for another 5 minutes, until the shrimp are just cooked through and the mixture is hot and bubbly.

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup roasted red tomatoes, drained (2 tablespoons marinade reserved)
