1 cup cooked quinoa
½ cup walnuts
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup flour, preferably whole grain
1 egg
Olive oil, for frying
½ teaspoon ground cumin,
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Tahini Dressing
¼ cup tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Sea salt, to taste
Bowls
4 cups loosely packed curly kale, very coarsely chopped
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup julienned carrots
1 avocado, sliced
Toasted chopped walnuts, optional garnish
Minced red onion, optional garnish
