On a slice of whole grain bread, layer the radish, hummus, cucumbers, and lettuce, in that order. Sprinkle a touch of salt over the radishes. Enjoy with a tall glass of water or fresh squeezed lemonade!
1 slice of whole grain bread
radishes, washed, sliced into thin rounds
2 tablespoons of Butter Bean Hummus [1](or your choice of hummus)
1 tablespoon Cucumber Sambal [2] (or your choice of pickles)
1 large leaf of lettuce (red leaf lettuce here)
Pinch of sea salt
