1. In a large bowl, mix the müesli with the yogurt and honey.
2. Arrange the strawberries on the müesli, and garnish with mint and black pepper.
3. Serve into 4 bowls.
Optional variations:
- Drizzle a few drops of matured balsamic vinegar onto müesli
- Spice up müesli with a dollop of mascarpone
- Sprinkle roasted pine nuts onto müesli
- Serve müesli with cubes of white chocolate
2 cups müesli
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
3 cups strawberries, sliced
½ bunch fresh peppermint leaves, leaves plucked
A few black peppercorns, coarsely ground
