- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place olive oil in a large bowl and crush garlic cloves into it. Stir to combine.
- Stir in the bread cubes, using a wooden spoon to coat all with the garlic-oil mixture. Sprinkle over crushed red pepper flakes and sea salt, stirring gently to distribute.
- Spread out on a parchment-lined baking sheet (make sure they aren’t crowded, or they won’t get brown) and bake until browned to your liking.
- Cool completely and use to top your favorite salads or soups. Croutons will keep for 1 week in a sealed container.
