1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor, or mash by hand until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste, or the spices of your choice!
2. To serve, spread on a whole grain cracker or toast.
1 (14.5-ounce) can cannellini beans, or beans of your choice (garbnazo, navy, etc.)
