Oldways Whole Grains Council staff traveled to Vienna, Austria November 13-15, for the 6th International Whole Grain Summit, where Cynthia Harriman was a speaker, Kelly Toups led a workshop session, and Caroline Sluyter was an active participant. Organized by ICC (the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology) in cooperation with Healthgrain Forum and the University of Minnesota, this conference included updates on the latest in science/technology, nutrition, health, business, marketing and regulatory perspectives.
