The French Cultural Center, Oldways Preservation Trust, and The Culinary Guild of New England teamed up to host Susan Herrmann Loomis, a renowned cookbook author and fabulous cooking teacher, while she was in  Boston for just one night to to promote her most recent cookbook, Nuts in the Kitchen.

Susan demonstrated some techniques from her book, talked about her life in France, signed books at a post demo wine reception, and even gave guests a taste of her terrific Brazil nut pesto!
