Dun Gifford and Sara Baer-Sinnott traveled to Florida to lead an afternoon cooking class course, “Mediterranean Magic,” at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo on February 15. They demonstrated how to make traditional and simple Mediterranean fare, with recipes from The Oldways Table, including Bulgur Salad with Oregano, Feta Cheese, and Cucumbers; Orecchiette Con Cime Di Rape; Edamame Beans with Olive Oil; Mediterranean Tapenade; Skewers of Marinated Crete Spring Lamb with Artichokes & Lemons; and Chocolate Sauce Royale.

The following evening, Dun hosted a dinner in the Club’s Italian Dinner Series, featuring dishes from the regions of Puglia, Liguria, Tuscany, and Campania.
