Studies show that eating whole grains instead of reﬁned grains lower the risk of many chronic diseases, with some studies showing reduced risks from as little as one serving daily. Other beneﬁts include: reduced risk of asthma, healthier blood pressure levels, and less gum disease and tooth loss. How to enter: Send us a photo that shows how you enjoy your favorite whole grain food. To be eligible, photos must clearly show a bona-ﬁde whole grain food. One way to prove it’s really whole grain: include a product that qualiﬁes to use the Whole Grain Stamp.
