On a very steep slope on Pantelleria overlooking the deep blue Mediterranean, just down the hill from Georgio Armani’s very luxe compound, there’s a 10 table osteria called Il Principe Il Pirata, known far and wide for its fish dishes.  And no wonder: ogle these two dishes, an appetizer of sliced octopus (the green bits are diced fresh capers), and a main course of misto fritto (mixed lightly fried fish) with zucchini slices. So damn simple, so damn good!
