Spirits, say many people, “are just too strong.”  Aah, but what pleasure they’re missing!  A favored drink revered by great gastronomes and by successful movers and shakers, in bottles that rattle in the trolleys of great restaurants with the after-dinner choice offerings of their gastronome owners.  And there is no better spirit than Calvados, the royalty of spirits made in Normandy from its famous apples.  Its organoleptics are astounding!
