The selected blogger will document the trip in daily blog posts, and on social media with beautiful photographs and video. The trip includes:
- Tastings and tours at producers of honey, cheese, and olive oil
- Wonderful meals featuring the traditional foods and ingredients of the Veneto—in small country trattorias, with producers, and in elegant city restaurants
- Winery visits to learn and taste some of Italy’s finest wines—Bardolino, Valpolicella, Amarone, and Soave
- 5-star hotel accommodations for 7 nights
- Visiting cultural sites
- Hands-on cooking classes
- Travel with Kevin O’Donnell and Michael Lombardi, chefs of the acclaimed restaurant SRV Boston
- A trip to Italy like no other you’ve ever been on before
Oldways will select one blogger to receive:
- One round trip coach ticket from home city to Venice, Italy
- All Culinaria activities including 7 nights in hotel and any meals included in trip itinerary
- No monetary compensation
