Matthew is a grass farmer from SE Indiana. He and his wife, Leslie Jacobs, have a farmstead cheese business, utilizing the milk from their 100% grassfed herd. They currently produce 9 raw milk cheeses. Their cheese operation is located on Matthew’s family farm that has been in the family for 200 years.
