In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well blended. Serve chilled with whole grain crackers for dipping.

Lime Guacamole

Open the avocado and scoop out the flesh. Mash with a fork or spoon. Squeeze the lime juice and add to the avocado. Add salt to taste, mix well. Serve with tortilla chips, tortillas, or whole grain pita toasts.

Chop the avocado into cubes and mix all of the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl using a spoon and folding over the ingredients (do not use a blender)  Finish off with some salt, pepper and a dash of tajin seasoning. Note- we used garlic sea salt. (optional)
