Chan School of Public Health), and Sylvia Klinger, DBA, MS, RD, LDN, CPT (founder, Hispanic Food Communications) explore nutrition and health disparities in Latin American Communities, as well as highlight the healthy food traditions of Latin America. This webinar also serves as a great primer for those interested in teaching Oldways’ A Taste of Latin American Heritage cooking and nutrition classes, as well as anyone passionate about reducing health inequities.
