Ingredients

1 cup of your favorite pickled vegetable (we love okra, carrots, snap peas, etc.)

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

½ cup fresh dill, chopped

½ cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon sugar

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Chop your desired pickled vegetable and mix with mustards, herbs, and sugar.
  2. Thin with some brine and season to taste.
  3. Serve over grilled meats, seafood or vegetables.
