Ingredients

Juice of ½ lemon

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon passata or tomato sauce

4 ( 5- to 6–ounce) tuna or swordfish steaks

Instructions
  1. Heat the grill.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and passata in a small bowl and blend with a fork.
  3. Brush the dressing on both sides of the fish and grill for about 4 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.

Sounds simply nutritious and delicious. Making this tonight with shitaki mushroom orzo with some wonderful RAW Milk Cheddar Cheese, blissful carrots (my recipe). Can not leave this site. Wonderful, just lovely to see all these healthy recipes. Thank you
