2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon passata or tomato sauce
4 ( 5- to 6–ounce) tuna or swordfish steaks
Instructions
- Heat the grill.
- Combine the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and passata in a small bowl and blend with a fork.
- Brush the dressing on both sides of the fish and grill for about 4 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.
